Activities of general public administration

This division covers the activities of the state and public administration, from central government to local authorities, including defense, justice, police, tax collection and state budget management. Essentially, it includes all services through which the state ensures the functioning of society, public order and the well-being of citizens, with the exception of education, health and culture, which have separate codes.
